Obituary For Jacova McFadden, Sr.
Jacova Lamar McFadden, Sr., affectionately known as "Kobe" to his family and friends entered into eternal rest on Thursday, October 3, 2019 in Lancaster County South Carolina. He was the son of Angela Renee McFadden and Vanoid Perry, Sr.
Kobe was educated in the Lancaster County School System. He began his working career at Springs Industries.
Left to cherish his memories are one son, Jacova Lamar McFadden, Jr. of Lancaster, SC; his parents Vanoid Perry, Sr. and Angela R. McFadden of Heath Springs, SC,;two brothers, Vanoid Perry, Jr. of Lancaster, SC. and Steven (Ashley) Flowe of Jacksonville, FL; three sisters, Johnita Simmons of Heath Springs, SC., Karen Perry of Jacksonville, FL. and Latoya Boyd (Charles) of Atlanta, GA.; nine aunts, Lisa McFadden, Kelly(Antonio) Kelly, Loretta Barnes and Francesca Degraffenreid of Lancaster, SC,, Voncella McFadden of Monroe, NC, Carolyn (Stanley) Young of Rock Hill, SC, Shirley Massey of California, Sheila McFadden of Chester, SC and Linda (Jerome) Gregory of Charlotte, NC.; ten uncles, Chris McFadden, Clifford (Wendy) McFadden, Carston (Chellamakia) Degraffenreid, Larry Perry, Glen (Roberta) Perry, Russell (Marilyn) Perry and Dominez (Alieshia) Degraffenreid all of Lancaster, SC., Pedro (Kya) Degraffenreid of Kershaw, SC., James ( Audry) McFadden and Jessie McFadden both of Rock Hill, SC.
Kobe was preceded in death by one brother, Jaron McFadden; maternal grandparents, George Degraffenreid and Mammie McFadden and his paternal grandparents, Furman and Reho Perry.
Funeral Service will be 1:00 pm Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at Salem AME Zion Church with burial in the church cemetery.
Viewing will be Tuesday, 2:00 pm- 7:00 pm at Stewart Funeral Home in Heath Springs, SC 29058
