Mr. John Martin, 80, died October 6, 2019. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at Mary D. Perry Memorial Chapel in Madison,NC. Burial will be in Withers Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery in Belews Creek, NC.

John Henry passed on Sunday, October 6, 2019, at Universal Health Care in King North Carolina. John was born on February 13, 1939 to the late Margaret “Geneva” Joyce Martin and Wakefield Martin.He attended London High School, farmed and worked many years for Elliot Landscaping. He was also preceded in death by his wife,Mrs. Louise Searcy Martin and 2 brothers, infant Jarvis and Elvin Martin. Left to cherish his memory are: his children, stepchildren, grandchildren, and great grandchildren and a close and devoted cousin Reverend Lornis Fulp, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
