To the Smith family I give my deepest sympathy and condolences. I remember the last time I saw Ms. Corine in dialysis at the hospital just before she died. She smiled at me and waved liked she always did. And I always made her laugh and smile as well. It hasn't and won't be the same walking in and not seeing her at dialysis. She will be truly missed. Love you forever Ms. Corine!❤
