Homegoing Services For Mr. Neopleon I. Marbury Saturday, October 19, 2019 Time: 2:00 pm First Baptist Church, Green Pastures Eulogy: Bishop Jewel Thomas Internment: Lincoln Hills Cemetery. The Obituary Neopleon I. Marbury was born to the late Margaret Marbury and the late Willie James Marbury on March 5, 1966. He gave his life to Christ at an early age. He joined Galilee Baptist Church under the leadership of Dr. G. E. Robinson Sr. He later moved his membership to Greater Lula ACOP Street. He departed his beloved life on October 14, 2019 in Gadsden, Alabama. He was educated in the Gadsden City School System and graduated from Litchfield High School, Class of ’87. He was employed by Merit Bakery for several years and then joined the J.W. Stewart Head Start Janitorial Staff. He was also employed with John Reed Janitorial for over thirty years, with Mr. John Reed being both a mentor as well as a friend and brother. He is preceded in death by his parents, Margaret and Willie James Marbury. Brothers; Darryl Calloway and John F. Green. He is survived by a son; Omar Booker. Two daughters; Sherrelle (Terraye) Davenport of Orlando, Florida and Ty’Janae Marbury. Two grandchildren that he loved so much; Tyrelle and Ra’miyah Davenport of Orlando, Florida. Sisters; Sharon Green, Angela and Cassandra Marbury of Gadsden, AL. Brothers: George A. Green and Calvin Marbury of Gadsden. Aunts; Doris McElderry, Mary Linder, Brenda (John) Billups, Ada V. Lee, Mrs. Willodean (George) Gray and Ms. Nettie Joyce Williams. Uncles; Johnnie Avery of Gadsden, Billy (Lelia Marie) Bankston, Hosea Jacob (Albertha) Bankston and Gerald Wayne (Rose) Bankston. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives. Special friends; John and Valerie Reed, Allen and Adrian and family,

Celeste Lewis, Michelle Booker and Nicole Hale.
