Obituary For Eddie Minor

Mr. Eddie Lee Minor was born to Ivory and Sarah Minor in Brooks County, Georgia on April 18, 1934. He departed this life on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at his residence in Quitman, Georgia.

Eddie Lee was educated in the Brooks County, Georgia. He retired from farming and also enjoyed fishing. Two Sons, David Minor and Tony Minor; Four Grandchildren, Two Brothers and Four Sisters preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his memories: Wife, Marian Minor, Quitman, GA; Seven Sons, Eddie Chapple, Freddie Minor, Larry Minor (Paige), Darrie Minor, Curtis Minor, Jerome Minor and Tony Minor; Three Daughters, Mary Johnson, Dora Frazier and Sarah Roberts; Brother, Sinclair Minor (Debra), Madison, FL; Sisters, Betty Joe Parker, Lake Park, GA and Mary Givens, Cherry Lake, FL; Sister-in-law, Geneva Davis (Daniel); Brother-in-law, Calvin Vinson; 24 - Grandchildren, 4 Grandchildren preceded him in death; 72 Great Grandchildren; 7 Great Great Grandchildren and a host of other relative and friends.

Funeral Service for Eddie Lee Minor will be held Saturday, November 2, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Calvary Christian Center, Quitman, GA; Family Visitation: 6:00-7:00 PM, Friday, November 1, 2019; Public Viewing, Friday, November 1, 2019: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Burial: North End Cemetery, Quitman, Georgia.
