Mr. Keith A. Owens, 51, of Campbellsville, KY died on November 2, 2019 at his residence.

He is survived by his daughter, Deovion Owens of Campbellsville, KY; parents, Louis Richardson of Hayward, CA and Paul S. Haskins, Sr. of Campbellsville, KY; Stepfather, Carl Richardson of Sanford, NC; sisters, Kacee Smith (Brett) of Dover, DE, Kelly Aguilar (Rock) of League City, TX, Veronica Richardson of Asbury Park, NJ; brother, Paul S. Haskins, Jr. of League City, TX; a special friend, Regina Camacho and her daughter, Jogina Camacho; a host of aunts, uncles,nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.

Service will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 9, 2019 at First Baptist Church in Cambellsville, KY with Reverend Montel Richardson officiating.
