Obituary For Ernest Joe Burke

MR. ERNEST JOE BURKE - Age 86, - Of Cohutta, Georgia passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2019 at Ridgewood Manor Health Care. He is preceded by his father, Ernest Burke, mother, Pearlie Mack Beason, and brother, Junior Perry. He was a retired engineer for Tennessee Valley Authority and was the creator and manager of the band “Joe Burke and The Inclines”.

He is survived by his wife, Beulah Vivian Burke of Dalton, GA; children, Tyrone Burke of McDonough, GA, Diane (Craig) Duhart of Brandon, FL, Arvella Farmer and Richard Farmer both of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Tiffany Anderson of McDonough, GA and Michael Robinson of Cohutta, GA; sisters, Ollie and Agnes Perry both of Chicago, IL; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Memorial Service for Mr. Ernest Joe Burke will be held Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at Willis Funeral Home with Rev. Rodney Weaver, Eulogist. Arrangements entrusted to Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Georgia.
