Obituary For Dennis Rashad Caldwell

A Celebration of life for Mr. Dennis Rashad Caldwell, 27, will be 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Word of God Community Church. Pastor Ronnie White will be the eulogist. Interment will be in Pine Hill Memorial Park. Mr. Caldwell will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the service.

Dennis Rashad “Bud” Caldwell was born April 8, 1992 to the union of Dennis Caldwell and Sakeena Howell Caldwell in Talladega, Alabama.

Mr. Caldwell confessed Christ as his Lord and Savior and united with Greater Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church. He later united with Word of God Community Church where he served as an usher. He was a member of the 2010 graduating class of Winterboro High School. Dennis was employed with Masterbrand Cabinets. He enjoyed cooking, grilling, listening to music and was known to be a big fan of Alabama Crimson Tide football.

On the morning of Sunday, November 10, 2019, Dennis was called to his new Heavenly home on high. He was preceded in passing by his grandparents, Addie L. Caldwell, Willie L. Caldwell and Oscar H. Howell.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving parents, Sakeena H. Caldwell and Dennis Caldwell of Talladega, Alabama; his grandmother, Bettye Howell of Talladega, Alabama; a sister, Tiannia Caldwell of Talladega, Alabama; eight aunts, Muriel H. (Stanley) Elston of Talladega, Alabama, Lorez Howell of Stone Mountain, Georgia, Rudean (Willie) Massey of Anniston, Alabama, Debra Jones of Birmingham, Alabama, Mary (John) Burton of Childersburg, Alabama, Faye Powell of Talladega, Alabama, Freda Petty of Baltimore, Maryland and Wanda Powell of Sylacauga, Alabama; four uncles, Donald Caldwell and Eddie Caldwell of Goodwater, Alabama, Billy (Tamara) Caldwell of Birmingham, Alabama and Ovon Powell of Childersburg, Alabama; a special cousin, Skye Howell; a special friend, Shuvon Ford; and a host of other relatives and friends.
