Teresa Ann Berry Murphy, 70, died Wednesday September 4, 2019 at Norton Brownsboro Hospital.

Survivors her daughter, Nichole Berry, brother, Earl Berry, Jr., companion Dennis Carpenter, 4 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.

Visitation 2-4 Sunday, September 8, 2019 at W.T. Shumake & Daughters Funeral Home 3815 Newburg Road.
