With genuine comfort and support, S. Jones F. and C. announce the peaceful transition of Mr. Lenward Matthew Whitaker, 68 of Enfield, NC from this life to life everlasting on Saturday, November 09, 2019 at Durham Regional Hospital.

Life Remembering Services for Mr. Whitaker will begin with a visitation as he lies in tranquil repose on Sunday, November 17, 2019 from 1 pm - 2 pm in the chapel of S. Jones Funerals and Cremations with a Service of Comfort beginning at 2 pm.

Immediately following the services in the chapel, his body along with his family will be escorted to the White Oak Church Cemetery for burial.
