A. J. was a USDOL Safety Compliance Review Officer in Atlanta (Southeast Region). He provided much technical assistance to Job Corps Centers and other clients. It was a pleasure to travel with him in the 80's and early 90's. Further, his guidance led to training for Job Corps Safety Officers and Project Managers in all Federal Regions for three consecutive years. He always had a solution for difficult situations and he taught me to sometimes be humble. I am saddened at the loss of my brother! Herbert S. Green Jr. Ph.D. (Retired USDOL).

I am deeply sadden by the passing of my good friend, AJ Hood. Because of a contractual commitment in Virginia, I am unable to attend the services.
