FUNERAL SERVICE: Saturday, November 23, 2019, at 1:00 p.m., Ridgecrest Baptist Church, 912 31st St E, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405. Rev. George Allen will officiate. Mrs. Russell will lie in state at the church from 12:00 p.m to 1:00 p.m.

BURIAL: Cedar Oak Memorial Park, 1401 Mimosa Park Rd, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405

I was very sorry to hear of Janice passing. I remember her from our nursing program at Shelton State and as a nurse as she worked parttime at Forest Manor Nursing home. A beautiful person, both in and out. She will be missed.
