Obituary For Carrie Bell Martin

Carrie Bell Martin was born to the late James and Kate Trimble on November 25, 1932 in Gadsden, Alabama. She professed Christ at an early age joining the Macedonia Baptist Church. She united in holy matrimony to the Late Robert James Martin in 1963. Carrie was a devoted employee of The Baptist Memorial Hospital for 51 years. She was a loving person who loved to feed and entertain anyone who came through her door. She was proceeded in death by her parents the late James and Kate Trimble, devoted husband, Robert Martin, 6 children, Delois Martin, Morris Martin, Carrie Mae Riley, Clarence Gregory, Terry Martin, and Randy Martin. Mrs. Carrie Bell Martin is survived by her two children, Robert (Sarah) Martin and Penny Jean Martin of Gadsden, Al; Sister, Otearl Smith of Gadsden, Al; Grandchildren, Robert Luker Jr, Jeremy Luker, Mustafa Pointer, Latalia Riley, Roderick (Angela) Riley, Ladasha Wright, Tracy (Kelvin) Portis, Carlos Gregory, Christy Lee, Michelle Douthard, Laheaven Martin, Carrie (Willie) Marshall, Amber Martin, Jennifer Hill, and Jamichael (Christy) Riley of Gadsden, AL, Latonya Marbury of Columbus, GA and Reginald (Tamara) Cox of Augusta, GA and Cecelia Graves of Jackson, MS, and Timmy Barlow of Mobile, AL; Special niece, Betty Rogers of Gadsden, Al; Special nephew, Tracy Trimble of Indian Head, MD; Daughter-in-Law, Ramona Gregory of Gadsden,Al; Son-in- law, Larry Riley of Gadsden, Al; Special Cousins, Ruth Martin of Gadsden, Al, Julia Tyes and Charles Walker of Cleveland, OH; Chosen Daughters Angela (Ronnie) Sears, Theresa Fikes, Rebecca Calloway, Pamela Goggins, of Gadsden, Al, Sherre Tarver and Joann Higgins of Birmingham, Al; Chosen Sons, Wayne Pointer, Eddie Garlington, and Geno of Gadsden, Al; and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family members.Funeral Services will be Noon Saturday At the Mission baptist Church Rev.
