Obituary For Lawrence Pottard

Funeral ceremony for Lawrence Pottard, 58, of Anniston, Al. will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, November 30, 2019 at the Oconee Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend Edward Charles Jackson, officiating.

Burial will follow in Forestlawn Gardens and Mausoleum. Viewing will be held today from 1-6PM at the chapel of Goodson Funeral Home. Survivors include: his mother, Annie Pottard, of Anniston, Al; four brothers, William (Marigay) Pottard and Willard Pottard, Jr., both of Atlanta, Ga, John (Phillip) Pottard and Dominique Pottard both of Anniston, Al; one sister, Debra A. Pottard of Anniston, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, numerous other loving relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Willard Pottard; paternal grandparents, Willard Pottard and Willie Mae Magsby; maternal grandparents, Yancy Hawkins and Stella Hawkins; and his niece, Shevicka Pottard. Goodson Funeral Home Inc. directing 256.237.9771.
