Mrs. Neto Hazel McLeod

Neto Hazel Page McLeod, daughter of the late Herbert and Louease Page was born on March 3, 1950 in Florence, South Carolina. During the early morning hours of the day, Neto departed this life on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 in Charlotte, North Carolina.

She attended the public schools of Dillon County. She worked at Wix for seventeen years.

Neto attended St. Matthew AME Church where she was a faithful member. She managed the Hospitality Committee and was a church stewardess. She was a class leader and helped with the Missionary Committee.

Neto was united in holy matrimony to Roy McLeod on November 6, 1967. He loved her greatly until her passing.

Neto was preceded in death by her parents: Herbert and Louease Page; a brother: James Page; sisters: Joanna McRae and Linda Green.

Neto leaves to cherish fond and loving memories ~ her husband: Roy McLeod; daughters: Renee McLeod and Jacqueline McLeod both of Charlotte, NC; sons: Gerome (Rondalyn) McLeod, Christopher (Angela) McLeod both of Dillon, SC and Jeffery (Nichole) McLeod of Charlotte, NC; eleven grandchildren, five great grandchildren; five sisters: Mary (Jesse) Covington, Sarah (Wes) Dunson, Alice (Thurmond) Purnell, Brenda (Larry) Swinney all of Dillon, SC and Katherine Vanderhall of Fairmont, NC; four brothers: James (Valerie) Vanderhall of Charlotte, NC, Sammie Mitchell of Laurinburg, NC, Elbert (Darlene) Roberts of Augusta, GA, and Gary McAlister of Dillon, SC; six sisters-n-law; a special sister-n-law: Ruth McLeod of Dillon, SC; three brothers-n-law and a special brother-n-law: Robert McLeod of Dillon, SC; a special aunt: Viola Roberts of Fairmont, NC; her special friends: Perrie James of Lake View, SC, Irene Blue Green of Lumberton, NC, Sherice Nivens, NC, Carolyn Brockington and Alesia Brown all of Charlotte, NC and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
