To The Williams Family I’m truly sorry for your lost. Once my father (Jack) passed on, Kelly step in to help his friend he was a father figure to me & grandfather to my children. We’d spend hours talking & laughing. I remember when I bought over my laptop, when he finished with it he said “No one will believe I have a computer in my lap and I’m actually using it, Man I don’t even believe it” That’s just one of the many memories I have of the times we spent together through out the years. Psalms 116:15 Precious in the sight of the LORD Is the death of His saints. Kelly Williams was a true saint to me & my family! My second Dad, My Friend, My Saint Mr Kelly L Williams was loved! He will be missed dearly!

To the Williams family, I am truly sorry for your loss.I worked with Kelly at Tom inscoe for several years and he was one of the first people I saw every morning. He was truly a good man, and funny too, always kept a smile on my face and he always had good advice when I found myself in a situation. I would go by his house and he would be sitting on the porch in the summertime and he always had the pig heads for Halloween. He will truly be missed.

To Kelly's family. Kelly always said to me you can do positively anything you put your mind to. When I was sad or troubled with his words of encouragement, I had the strength to keep standing. When I met Kelly, didn't have a job with low self-esteem. After 2 yrs I am working and habe a 2019 jeep Cherokee. He taught me to believe in myself and stop depending on others. I was impressed at his age he was still working. I am so grateful I met a friend i could truly call a friend. He will be missed but within my Spirit his strength he gave me will forever be within me. So Sincerely Diane
