Obituary For Rev. Carl Lee Edward Little

Reverend Carl Lee Edward Little was born on March 15, 1934 in Rockingham, NC to the late Johnny and Mary Little. Rev. Little went home to be with the Lord on Monday, December 3, 2019 in Stockbridge, GA.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Beatrice Smith Little, his brothers, Stancil Little, Ruben Little, Donald Little, and Arthur Little; sisters, Ellen Grace Wall, Doris Anthony, Octavia Little, Emma Covington, Mildred Stanback, and a stepson, Lonnie Smith.

Rev. Little was an active member of Philadelphia United Methodist Church. At Philadelphia he helped with worship, bible study and encouraged members through Christian fellowship. Rev. Little accepted his call to formal ministry around 1976 and served for more than 40 years. He served as the founder and Pastor of Carl's Revival Center where he and Sister Little labored tirelessly for the Lord. At the Revival Center, Rev & Mrs. Little trained new ministers, were known for helping people on their spiritual journeys, inviting people to know Christ, teaching the Bible, and preaching the \'\lord of God.

Reverend Little leaves to cherish his memory: three duldren, Albert Smith (Linda) of Bossier City, LA, Mary Little Scott (Vincente) of Stockbridge, GA, and Edward Lee Little (Mary) of Rockingham, NC; daughter-in-law, Iris Smith of Levittown, NY, five grandchildren, Sonia Smith Edwards (Vincent), Kimberly Smith Hayman (Terrence), Tishara Lynelle McClendon (Charles), Lakeisha Smith, and Carly Scott, three great-granddaughters, Tikeyla Waddell, Kayla Hayman, and Kelly Hayman, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins, church family, and friends.
