Lloyd Randolph Crenshaw, son of Pauline Coleman Edmonds and the late Ischam Crenshaw, was born August 5, 1956 in Mecklenburg County, VA and departed this life suddenly, November 30, 2019 at his residence, Cumberland, VA.

At an early age he was baptized at Mt. Zion Apostolic Holiness Church, South Hill, VA and attended Park View Senior High School. Lloyd later moved to Richmond, VA where he met and later married Gertrude Osborne on October 1, 1981.

Lloyd worked for many years as a truck driver and lastly for Fallen Trucking Company until his health began to fail.

In his spare time he enjoyed his family and friends. Lloyd leaves to mourn his wife, Gertrude O. Crenshaw of the home; three step-children- Christine (James) Welch, Marilyn (Marsalis) Thomas, and Gladys Watson, all of Richmond, VA; grandchild he reared- Jeremiah Gilliam of the home; seven step-grands and 6 step-great-grandchildren; his mother- Pauline Edmonds, Brodnax, VA; his siblings- Polly (Dennis) Dziemianowicz, Mary Edmonds, Barbara Johnson, Clifton Edmonds, Carlos (Patrice) Coleman, Annie (Lawrence) Spells, Paul Crenshaw, Margaret Crenshaw, and Ricky (Yvonne) Crenshaw; four sisters-in-law, six brothers-in-law; uncle- Nelson (Bernice) Coleman; three aunts- Inell, Roxie, and Rev. Shirley Coleman, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
