I recently learned about the passing of Soror Gloria Walker. She was my graduate advisor for the Beta Alpha Chapter of AKA at FAMU. Our paths would cross again when I begin my career with DCF in the area of Adoptions. Soror Gloria was a mentor, advisor, and a friend. Much sisterly love Soror Gloria. Rest in Heavenly Peace.
