Nelson E. Samuels, Jr, 59, of Louisville died Saturday, November 30, 2019 at his home.

He was an US Airforce Veteran.

Survivors his mother Stella M. Samuels, siblings Findy, Stephanie, Kerwin, Derwin and David; and Megan and Alex, his two special kids that he helped raise.

Visitation 9-11 Tuesday December 10, 2019 at W.T. Shumake & Daughters Funeral Home 3815 Newburg Road. Funeral to follow at 11. Burial Petersburg-Newburg Cemetery. W.T. Shumake & Daughters Funeral Home in charge.
