Cecil Warren Allen, 90, of Richmond, departed this life April 29, 2021. Surviving are his wife, Kathleen J. Allen; children, Malcom Johnson, Christine Patterson, Cecilia Washington (Terence) of Hampton, Va., Darlene Beverly and Michelle Brooks (Ernest Jr.); a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren; two sisters, one brother , other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd, where a walk-through viewing will be held Wednesday from10 a.m. to 7 p.m.. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, May 6, 2021 at Scott's Chapel, 116 E. Brookland Park Blvd. Interment 12 noon Friday at Virginia Veterans Cemetery, Amelia Va.
