Mrs. Nancy Mae Ward Young, 73, died on September 2, 2022, at her residence in Radcliff, KY.

Mrs. Young was a native of Palestine, AR and the daughter of the late Robert and Endia Ward. She was a member of Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church and a retiree of Hardin Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Young was also a member of the Red Hat Club.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by eight sisters, Minnie Brue Dawson, Addie Lou Smith, Eddie Mae Hawkins, Sara Marie Ward, Barbra Harris, Christine Powell, Patsy Simpson and Edith Holmes; four brothers, Delena McKinney, Charles Ward, Willie Ward and Verlin Ward.

Survivors include her daughter, Felicia Young of San Antonio, TX; one sister, Muriel Young of Little Rock, AR; one brother, Marvin "Neeit" Ward of Houston, TX and one grandson, Marquis "A.J." Young of San Antonio, TX.

Funeral service is 11:00 am, Saturday, September 10, 2022, at Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Harold Craig officiating. Burial will follow in the Elizabethtown City Cemetery.

Visitation is from 6-8 pm on Friday, September 9, 2022 at Percell & Sons Funeral Home.
