Baby Kingston Mahkai Ruff, 7 weeks, of 308 Gidney Street, Shelby, NC, was born December 3, 2023 to his parents, Keyonta Marquise Ruff, Sr. and Terri Johnson, both of Shelby, NC, and departed this world on January 26, 2024.

Baby Kingston was preceded in death by his paternal great-great grandmother, Adele Ruff; great-great maternal grandmother, Listene Johnson; paternal great grandparent, Tyrone Davis; and maternal great grandmother, Brenda Johnson.

Precious memories are left with his parents, Keyonta Ruff and Terri Johnson, both of Shelby; brothers, Keyonta ‘Tay Tay’ Ruff, Jr., and Kylen Ruff; sister Kenz’leigh Ruff; grandparents, Terry Johnson, Cindy Lancaster, Natasha Ruff, and Gregory ‘Bud’ Wilson, all of Shelby; paternal great grandparents Linda Davis and Rachel Bullard; maternal great-great grandmother, Willie Mae Parks; aunt, Breyona Johnson; uncles, Jamier Johnson, Rashonn Hill, and William Wilson; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will be receiving friends at S.T. Enloe Memorial Chapel Shelby, NC on Sunday, February 4, 2024 from 1:30 PM until 2:30 PM.
