Celebration of Life Services for Margaret Ann Moore of Covington, Georgia will be held Saturday, August 2, 2025, 11:00 AM at South River Baptist Church, 124 Collier Road, Jackson, Georgia 30233. Reverend Tracey Bridges, Eulogist.

Remains will be placed in-state at 10:00 AM.
Interment: City of Jackson Cemetery, 485 W College Drive, Jackson, Georgia 30233.

Public viewing will be held Friday, August 1, 2025, from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM in the Chapel of Henderson Funeral Services, 744 Brownlee Road, Jackson, Georgia 30233.

Margaret Ann Moore leaves to cherish her memory: her beloved daughters, Sophia Harris, Constance Baldwin, and Morgana Mells; her grandchildren, Simya Benson, Sivont’a Mells, Amari Baldwin, Forever Baldwin, Nyzere Mells, Promisee Mells, Sixe Mells, Blessyn Mells, Kharter Mells, Harlan Ingram, Jr., Se’vynne (expected), London Harris, Cayden Harris, and Elijah Woodruff; her great-grandchild, Ayla Mells; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Kitty’s legacy of love, service, and unwavering faith will live on in all who knew her. Her presence will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

Her soul danced in colors others couldn’t name, resting briefly in one place before catching the wind toward freedom again. She didn’t belong in a jar, and she couldn’t be pinned down, she was meant to fly, rising from every cocoon of pain with grace stitched into her wings.
