Celebration of Life Services for Pastor Eddie Lee Stewart of Jackson, Georgia will be held Saturday, November 8, 2025, 11:00 AM at Rock Creek Missionary Baptist Church, 2051 Highway 42 South Flovilla, Georgia 30216.

Remains will be placed in-state at 10:00 AM.
Interment: Rock Creek Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
Repast: Rock Creek Missionary Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.

Public viewing will be held Friday, November 7, 2025, from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM in the Chapel of Henderson Funeral Services, 744 Brownlee Road, Jackson, Georgia 30233.

Pastor Eddie Lee Stewart leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife, First Lady Tenette “Marecia” Stewart; his loving children: Cormel (Shanita) Stewart, Jeremy (Nicole) Stewart, Jonathan (Victoria) Stewart, and Jalisa (John) Lamar, Timya (God Daughter); and his treasured grandchildren: Shamell, Shamriyah, Landyn, Darrian, Kenneth, Harmony, Tanner, Rheese, Aryana, Codey, Chloe, Azayah, Xavier, Emeli, Jayla, Journi, Jhene, and John. He is also survived by his parents, Roger Stewart and Dorris Jean Stewart; siblings Roger (Tracy) Stewart Jr., Cynthia (Ray) Parker, Loretta Jackson, Evette (Danny) Driskell, Shawan Stewart, Gregory Stewart, Jimmy Jackson, Dexter Jackson, and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, his House of Mercy Church family, and all who were blessed by his ministry.

Pastor Stewart is remembered not only for his preaching, but for his wisdom, gentleness, humor, and unwavering love for his family; especially his grandchildren, who proudly called him Pa Pa. To meet him was to laugh, to learn, and to leave encouraged. As he often declared, “If you meet me and forget me you’ve lost nothing, but if you meet Jesus and forget Him you’ve lost everything.”
