Mr. Randolph Logan Carter, 87, of Lawndale, NC passed away on Sunday, November 16, 2025 at White Oak Manor Nursing Center in Shelby.

Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, November 24, 2025 at Lawndale First Baptist Church at 12:30 p.m. The reception of family and friends will be from 12-12:30 p.m.
