Thomas Howard, 65, of the James City Community passed Sunday, December 28, 2025, at his residence.

Viewing Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, January 3, 2026 at Pilgrim Chapel M. B. Church 313 Elder St. Historic James City Community, New Bern.

Tom is survived by his wife, Emily Yvette Weaver Howard, of the home; two sons, Thomas Earl Howard, Tampa, FL., Terrence Howard, New Bern; two daughters, Lesha Howard, Atlanta, GA., and Melchisedec Howard, New Bern; two sons of the heart Corey Weaver (Lyllian) of Charlotte, Kerron Weaver, New Bern; two brothers, Curtis Howard, Portland, OR and Donald Ray Howard (Vivian) New Bern; two sisters, Ronella McClease (Jerome) and Janice Onoh of New Bern; three grandchildren and two grandchildren of the heart.
