MS. ANNIE RUBY FOSTER- Age 83- Of Chickamauga, Georgia passed away Thursday, March 19, 2026. Daughter of the late John Mitchell Foster, Sr. and Cynthia Mae Thornton Foster was born on June 24, 1942. She was loved by her family, co-workers, and community. She attended Hill High School and graduated from Dalton State College Nursing School as a L. P. N. and she was employed at N. H. C. Later she worked at Walmart for ten years as a greeter and Floor Associates. Annie was preceded in death by her aunt, Roberta Jaffer.

Cherishing her memories include her loving dedicated daughter, Sarah Mae Walker siblings, Gwennie Mae Foster, Robert Lee Foster, Rev. Johnny Foster, Willie David Foster, John Mitchell Foster, Jr., Willie Louis Foster, Willie James Foster; grandchildren, Cynthia A. Ervin, Ivory Joe (Kenyata) Walker, Jr., Avin Matthew Walker; great grandchildren, Shameika Adair, Kanesha Cunningham, Alicia Adair, Joshua Lofties, Ava Walker, Jazmin Walker, Tyson Walker, Mariah, and Alliyah, Bethany Jennings, Keniyah Aikens; nine great great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews; extended family; special friends, Darlene Stokes (Annette) sister, Debbie Nichols, Mandy Holder, devoted friends, Calvin White and Janie Washington, Deborah Clemmons, Eric Brown, Ms. Connie and Ms. Shirley Griffin; special thanks to her church family of United Tabernacle C.O.G.I.C., and her friends at the Senior Center.

Homegoing Service will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 1:00 P. M. at Friendship Baptist Church, 20 Parrish Circle, Chickamauga, Georgia 30707 with Rev. Max Bates as Eulogist and other ministers officiating. The family will receive friends at the church on hour before the service. Interment, Forest Hills Cemetery.
