Mr. Eddie Chambers, 82, of Shelby, NC, passed away on February 20, 2026 at Atrium Health Cleveland. He was born on August 12, 1943, in Cleveland County, NC, to the late Eddie Chambers Sr. and Dorthea Gill Chambers.

The family is receiving friends at 1818 Green Valley Drive on Tuesday and Wednesday, February 25-26, 2026, from 2 - 6 p.m. each day.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at Ellis Chapel Baptist Church at 3:30 p.m. with burial in the church cemetery. The reception of family and friends will be from 3 until 3:30 p.m.
