Geneice Jones Tatum, 60, of Aurora, entered into eternal rest on Friday, May 1, 2026 at her residence.

Viewing hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Friday at Oscar’s Mortuary and Saturday at the church an hour prior to the service.

Her Funeral Service is 1:00 PM, Saturday, May 16, 2026 at Fresh Anointing Worship Center 820 Hwy. 33, Aurora, North Carolina. The Interment will follow at Jones Chapel Church Cemetery 418 Middle Rd., Aurora.

She is survived by her mother, Carrie M. Jones, Aurora; two daughters, Quesha Tatum, Aurora and Tierra Tatum, Greenville; two brothers, Christopher Jones and Kenny Jones, Aurora; two sisters, Carrie Jones, Aurora and Keisha Jones, Pompano, FL; four grandchildren: one great-granddaughter.
