Miss Dionne Monique Bennett, 44, a long-time resident of Guildford County, North Carolina, passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. She was born in Anson County, North Carolina and grew up and attended schools in both Richmond and Anson Counties. Dionne received her G.E.D. and certification in medical billing and coding. Her hobbies included cooking, gathering with family, and visiting the beach to make long lasting memories with her children.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kevin Morgan and grandparents, Plummer Williams, Sara Bennett-Williams, and Pauline Waring.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her five children: Samuel Dejuan Bennett, Mariah Gabrielle Sturdivant, Marcus Malik Sturdivant, Sydnee Monet Bennett and Malachi Emmanuel Bennett.

Her Mother, Joan Waring; Her Stepfather, Mike Waring; Her Siblings: Rochelle Blackmon (Keye), Joseph Waring, Matthew Waring, and Sarah Waring.

Her Significant Other, Mr. Kernell Little; Special Friend, Mr. Marcus Sturdivant (Miesa) and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends.

The Homegoing Services will be on Friday, May 15, 2026, 11:00am, Smith's Memorial Chapel, 604 Salisbury Street, Wadesboro, North Carolina. Interment will follow at Westview Memorial Park, Polkton, North Carolina.

The Family Visitation will be on Thursday, May 14, 2026 from 5:00-7:00pm at Smith's Memorial Chapel, 604 Salisbury Street, Wadesboro, North Carolina.
