Nagee-Ullah Hassan (born Hudson Cade, Jr.) transitioned from this life at his home on June 2, 2026. He was born in Memphis, Tennessee on November 5, 1954 to Hudson Cade, Sr. and Margaret Cade. He graduated from high school in Marengo County, Alabama in 1972. He served in the United States Army from 1976 through 1982. He joined the civilian federal workforce and worked in the Department of Veterans Affairs as a licensed practical nurse before retiring on January 31, 2015. He enjoyed fishing and was an avid outdoorsman. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Hudria Cade; and grandparents.

He is survived by three children: David (Crystal) Cade of Bowie, Maryland; Davita (Quartez, Sr.) Key of Smyrna, Georgia; Suzanne Cade of Tuskegee, Alabama; five grandchildren: Quartez Key, Jr., Isaiah Key, Arielle Cade, Iyanna Cade, Ronald Key, III; a sister, Mary Cade of Tuskegee, Alabama; friends and well-wishers.

The family had a private ceremony.
