Ms. Emma Lee Parks, 70, of Shelby, NC passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at Via Health Partners Hospice in Shelby. She was the daughter of the late E. R. Parks and the Virginia Eskridge Parks and was born in Cleveland County, NC, on December 7, 1955.

Funeral services will held on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at S. T. Enloe Memorial Chapel at 1 p.m. The visitation of family and friends will be from 12:30 until 1 p.m. and at other times at 20023 Petty Rd. in Kingstown.
