Celebration of Life service for Ms. Nastashia James, will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Springhill Baptist Church, Tippetville, Georgia. Following the service, interment will take place at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery, Pineview, Georgia.

MS. NASTASHIA LARACHAEL JAMES was born July 8, 1993, in Hawkinsville, Georgia. She is the daughter of Mr. Joe Lee James and the late Pamela Denise Coley. Nastashia “Stank” was 2012 graduate of the Wilcox County High School. She was crowned as Homecoming queen, and she enjoyed being a member of the Lady Patriots.

Nastashia treasured her family. She enjoyed laughing, talking, singing and most of all dancing. She was a shining light to those she met and a ray of sunshine to all that she knew. She was a true definition of a sister, auntie and cousin.

On July 12, 2026, God in his infinite wisdom sent his angels to bring Nastashia home. She was preceded in death by her mother, Pamela Denise Coley, and her grandparents, Otha Mae James and Joe Louis James.

Nastashia leaves to cherish her dad, Mr. Joe Lee James of Hawkinsville, Georgia; two sons, Bentley and Braylen Jenkins of Atlanta, Georgia; two brothers, Joe James “Mookie” of Eastman, Georgia, and Antonio James “Punkin” of Hawkinsville, Georgia; eight uncles; seven aunties; three nieces; three nephews; and a host of cousins, and many sorrowing friends.
