Terry Lee Glenn

Terry Lee Glenn age 70 of Knoxville Tennessee entered his eternal rest July 16, 2026. Terry was a god-fearing man and always lived his life to the fullest. He enjoyed the simple pleasures of life such as his love for fashion, sports, friendships, and serving as a trustee board member at Bethel AME church.

Terry was born June 6, 1956, in Charleston S.C to Lucille J. Glenn and Terry Glenn. As a child he grew his love for basketball and fashion. After graduating from Rivers High school in 1974 he attended Morristown College where he obtained his associates degree in Fine Arts on May 1, 1977. He later took his love for basketball to The University of Tennessee where he help take the team to the SEC championship of 1979 he had finally lived his dream since he was a young boy from Charleston S.C and was given the name 'Supa Duke' for his outstanding performance. He later worked at Matvi and did quality assurance for many years and loved his job as well as his coworkers.

Terry Lee Glenn was predeceased By his mother Lucille J. Glenn, Father Terry Glenn, Brother Bobby Glenn and sister Annie Bell Glenn.

`He is survived by three son one daughter and a son in-law Terry Liggin, Charles (Rico) Moore, Bobby Glenn, Jasmin Love Palmer and Uthai Palmer his younger sis Andrea Green and brother in-law William Green and their daughter Ashley K. Green and nephew Lance H. Glenn, grandchildren Ajah Brogli and husband Andrew Brogli, Keziah Liggin, Sawyer Glenn, Tysun Palmer and Tokyo Palmer, One great grandchild Nora Brogli, a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends on Friday, July 24, 2026 from 11-12:00 p.m. with the Celebration of Life Service to begin at 12:00 noon at Bethel AME Church 2460 Parkview Ave Knoxville TN 37915 where Rev Myron Hill will be officiating.
