Douglas Funeral Home, 2403 Edison Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32204.

Funeral Service will be held at 11AM on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at the Church of the Living God of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, 1750 Prospect Street E., Jacksonville, Florida 32254.

The interment will immediately follow the service in Restlawn South Memorial Park, 3301 Moncrief Road W., Jacksonville, Florida 32208.
