Mr. Robert Earl Jones was born on July 07, 1953, to the late B.F. Malone and Catherine (Nan) Jones Malone in Attala County, Mississippi. He departed this earthly life on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at home. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.

He received his education from Long Creek Elementary in Sallis, MS and McAdams High School in McAdams, MS. He accepted Christ in his life and became a member of Hillspring M.B. Church in Sallis, MS, where he served as a member.

Mr. Robert E. Jones was united in Holy Matrimony on November 20, 1994, to Annie Pearl Brown. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother, friend, and carpenter.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his children: Sonya Natasha (Lawrence) Simmons of Sallis, MS, Brady Collins Jones of NC; James M. (Mildred) Windom of Sallis, MS; Jeffery K. (Suzyanna) Windom of Brandon, MS; and Kam'ron M. Bell of Sallis, MS.

Mr. Jones also leaves behind his siblings: Sarah Jones Lambert of Sallis, MS; Bobbie Meredith of Kosciusko, MS; Willie Mac Jones of Sallis, MS; Charles (Shirley) Malone of McAdams, MS; Dennis (Vera) Malone of Sallis, MS; David Malone (deceased) of Sallis, MS; and Bobby (Tina) Ball of Durant, MS.

In addition to his siblings, Mr. Robert E. Jones leaves behind several in-laws: Lemon Erving of Greenwood, MS; LD (Lou Jean) Erving of West, MS; Elbert (Dian) Erving of West, MS; Joseph Erving of West, MS; Bessie Love of Kosciusko, MS; Stella (Harvey) Olive of Kosciusko, MS; Gennell (Ray) Stingley of Kosciusko, MS; Katherine (Kenny) Truss of Kosciusko, MS; Patricia (James) Greenwood of Sallis, MS; Jerry (Margaret) Brown of Sallis, MS; Ricky (Annette) Teague of Sallis, MS; Tony (Rosie) Teague of Sallis, MS; Daniel (Caroline) Teague of Sallis, MS; Sheree Teague of Houston, TX; Pattie V. Teague of Houston, TX and Sheila Teague of West Virginia.

He also leaves a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
