Mr. Kelvin Lewis Neal, Sr., 64, of Clarksville, Tennessee, was born on December 12, 1961, to Willie Henderson and Roberta Neal-Selmon in Hinds County, Mississippi. Mr. Kelvin was a skilled and dedicated mechanic who was known for his hard work and willingness to help others.

He passed peacefully on August 3, 2026, in Clarksville, Mississippi. He will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
