Celebration of Life Service for Mr. David Smith will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at 11:00am at King Solomon United Baptist Church, 2240 Forest Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32204. Visitation of friends at the mortuary on Friday, July 10, 2026 from 5:00pm- 8:00pm. Place of Eternal Rest is at the Jacksonville National Cemetery.
