Willie Lee O'Banner, Jr. was born on December 6, 1984, in Hampton County, South Carolina, to the late Anita Sabrina Busbee and the late Willie Lee O'Banner, Sr.
Willie received his education in the Allendale County Public School System and was a proud graduate of Allendale-Fairfax High School, Class of 2004.
He was employed by Scotsman Ice Systems, where he worked faithfully as a Machine Operator.
Affectionately known as “Rusty,” Willie was well known for his infectious smile, quick wit, playful jokes, and outspoken personality. He possessed a humble and kind spirit and had the unique ability to make friends with everyone he met. He embraced life wholeheartedly and found joy in playing cards, working, and spending quality time with his family and loved ones.
On June 20, 2013, Willie married the love of his life, Pamela Simmons O'Banner. Together, they built a life centered on love, family, and unwavering devotion.
On Sunday, July 5, 2026, Willie peacefully transitioned from labor to reward at Wellstar MCG in Augusta, Georgia.
Although his earthly journey has ended, his legacy of love, laughter, kindness, and strength will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories, his loving and devoted wife, Pamela Simmons O'Banner;(7) Children: Demaurion Ginn, Willie Lee O'Banner III, Jossiah O'Banner, Miracle O'Banner, Destine O'Banner, Zane Maner, and Faith O'Banner; (2) Sisters: Devoted Sister: Renarda Cohen; Ebony Blassingame; Mother-in-Law: Barbara Simmons; (3) Nieces: SaNai King, London Outing, and Khloe Summers; (1) Nephew: Jaylen Outing. A host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and sympathizing friends.
