Mrs. Janie E. Foote Williams 89, of 809 Hoffman Place, Philadelphia PA and formerly of Wilksburg Community of Chester County, departed this earthly life on Monday September 21, 2026, at her home. She was the sister of the late Mrs. Florie Foote Carter.
