TYLER — Celebration of life for Ms. Mishea S.Kelly, 42 of Tyler, is scheduled for 11 am, Saturday,October 3, 2026, at College Hill Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be held in the Galilee Cemetery,Flint, Texas under the direction of the John R. Harmon Undertaking Company.
