Donald Patterson

Donald Lee Patterson was born on May 24, 1956. He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, the late Bessie Dalton, and his father, Willie Patterson.

Donald gave his life to the Lord at an early age and was a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. He received his education at North High School.

Donald was a hardworking and talented man who took great pride in his work. He worked for himself as a roofer and handyman, where his passion, dedication, and craftsmanship were admired by many. He loved working with his hands and took pride in doing his work well.

Donald enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He especially loved children and could always bring laughter and joy wherever he went. He had a big personality and a ball of energy that was contagious. Donald was the kind of person who was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

Most of all, Donald loved his family. His memories, laughter, kindness, hard work, and generous spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Donald was a man who worked hard, loved deeply, laughed loudly, and gave generously. His passion for roofing and handyman work was more than a job—it was something he truly loved and took pride in. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, hard work, family, and helping others. Though he may no longer walk beside us, his memory will live on through every life he touched. “Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever in our hearts.”

He was preceded in death by, mother, Bessie Dalton, Houston Dalton, Irving Patterson, Jean Perkins.

Donald leaves to cherish his memory loving and devoted companion, Valerie Osuosa, three children, Samuel, Erick and Derick, , He also leaves seven bonus children, Timothy Morton, Latai Bradley, Latoysha Morton, Charles Bradley, Zakiyah Landon, Latavia Morton, and Latasha Petty, six siblings, Kittrell Perkins, Patricia Falls, William Patterson, James Patterson, Harold Patterson, and Sheila Dalton, He is also lovingly remembered by a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, friends, and loved ones.
