His funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, 447 Perry Hill Rd. Montgomery, AL 36109, with Bro. Willie Wright officiating. Interment will follow at Brassell Cemetery, Montgomery, AL under the direction of E.G. Cummings Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation is scheduled for Friday, October 9, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Burton, Jr. will lie in repose for one hour prior to the service.
