MR. RONALD WAYNE(Coch) LEWIS, SR.

OPELOUSAS –Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 3, 2026, 2026 at Believers for Christ Ministry, 113 Deprimo Ln., Opelousas, LA for Mr. Ronald Lewis, Sr., 70, who entered eternal rest on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at his residence in Opelousas, LA.

Pastor Walter Davis, Jr. of River of Life Ministry will be officiating the funeral service.

Mr. Lewis’ memories are being cherished by: his beloved wife of 50 years, Debra King Lewis of Opelousas, LA; three sons, Ronald W. (Keshaundra) Lewis, Jr. of Baton Rouge, LA, Tremaine Lewis and Isaiah Lewis, both of Opelousas, LA; four brothers, Willie Lewis, Jr., James (Monica) Lewis and John Anthony Lewis, all of Opelousas, LA and Carl Lee (Aisha) Lewis of Baytown, TX; one sister, Brenda Richard (Austin) of Lawtell, LA; five grandchildren, Kiera Lewis, Ronald Lewis, III, Ariel Lewis, Kinley Lewis and Arris Allison; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by: his parents, Willie and Loretta Citizen Lewis; nephew, Tedrick Thibodeaux; and father and mother-in-law, William and Julia King, Sr.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at Believers For Christ Ministry.
