It is with heartfelt sympathy that Bernard’s Family Funeral Care, The Eatonton Chapel, announces the passing of Mr. Octavia Farley of Eatonton, Georgia.

Mr. Farley transitioned peacefully from this earthly life on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at AnMed Medical Center in Anderson, South Carolina.

Viewing and Visitation will be held Friday, October 16, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Bernard’s Family Funeral Care, The Eatonton Chapel, 103 Willie Bailey Street, Eatonton, Georgia 31024.

A Celebration of Life Service honoring the life and cherished memories of Mr. Vett will be held Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Pleasant Grove Primitive Baptist Church, 192 Jones Road, Eatonton, Georgia 31024. Pastor Tuff will officiate and deliver the eulogy.

Interment and Committal Services will immediately follow in the Pleasant Grove Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
