Randolph “Foots” Simpson, humbly bowed to God's will and peacefully entered into eternal rest at Pruitt Health in Durham, North Carolina. The son of the late Billy Joe Simpson and Emma Jane Simpson was born November 26, 1961 and he passed October 8, 2026.

He was educated in the Union County Public Schools. Randolph was the proud owner and operator of his business “Handy Randy”.

Randolph was a quiet yet strong presence-gentle in spirit but powerful in character. He had a love for both eating and cooking delicious meals. Randolph cherished time spent with his family and friends. His kindness, style and warm heart will be deeply missed.

He leaves to cherish his loving memory of his wife, Stephanie Simpson; three daughters, Caresha Wall (Kevin) of Raleigh, NC, Shakita Royster of Decatur, GA and Raschelle Simpson of Raleigh, NC; one sister, Cathy Simpson of Lancaster; three brothers, Billy Simpson Jr., Jerry Simpson and Chucky Stinson all of Lancaster, SC; eight grandchildren, Solomon Rainey and D'Essence Rainey both of Raleigh, NC, Khymari, Josiah, Elijah, Amir, Nasir Simpson all of Atlanta, GA and Daniel Royster-Thomas of Decatur, GA; one great-grandchild, Samarah Harris of Greensburg, Pennsylvania; one great aunt, Nettie Mae Washington of Waxhaw, NC; a very special loved nephew, Adrian Adams of Rock Hill, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
