Casper Edward Carter,90, was called to rest Thursday, October 22, 2026 at the North Carolina State Veterans Home, Kinston, North Carolina.

Casper was reared in the Harlowe Community of Havelock and a former resident of the Riverdale Community of New Bern. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel Harris Carter.

His Service is 11:00 AM Saturday, October 31, 2026 at Oscar's Memorial Chapel 1700 Oscar Drive, New Bern. The interment will follow at New Bern Memorial Cemetery.

He is survived by his sons, Marvin Carter, Florida and Timothy Carter, Rockledge, FL; daughters, Sabrina Carter Parker, Benson, NC and Trina Carter Tiggs, New Bern, NC; loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
