Marvell Dixon, 61, of Sarasota, FL, passed away Aug. 14, 2026. Services will be held 3:00pm on Sat., Aug. 29, 2026 at Jones Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements by Jones Funeral Home.

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Brittany Dixon; father, Hudson Dixon Sr.; sisters, Velma, Renita and Carolyn (Cat).

Marvell leaves to cherish his memories: mother, Annie Mae Gholar; brother, Hudson Dixon Jr., sister, Sharon Bullock; grandsons, Elijah, Tremaine, Kyrie Leverett; a host of nephews, nieces, other family members and friends.
