Conchaita Shanta Chew, 39

Visitation for Conchaita Shanta Chew 39, will be Saturday, September 5, 2026 from 1 - 6pm at the Anniston Funeral Service. Ms. Chew passed away on August 23, 2026 at Regional Medical Center.

Ms. Chew graduated from Peoria Central High School in 2005 and later graduated from Brown Mackie College. She was a manager at McDonalds for over 12 years.

Survivors include her parents: Belinda and Mike; her biological father: Walter (Stephanie); her precious daughter: Aliviah; grandparents: Dora (Martin) Echols; aunts: Sara Toliver, Robbie Thomas, Brenda Ellis, Renee Turner, Charlene Chew, Rita Chew, Faye Chew, Diane Chew; uncles: Michael (Nellie) Ellis, Sammie Ellis, Vontrell Ellis, Keyshawn Ellis, Charles Chew Jr., Leo Chew and Duke Chew; her siblings: Ariane Ogunluna, Desean Bell; step siblings: Kiana, Mike Jr and Marquita; godmother: Jimmie Day; special cousins: Temecia Fortson, Jasmine Fortson, Mia Thomas and Jasmine Price, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Luke Ellis, grandparents, Bessie and Charlie Chew Sr., uncles, Oliver Chew and Gregory Chew.
